The right to use health care services out of sequence in the field of health care services in hospitals, specialist services in outpatient health care, physiotherapy and rehabilitation offices, upon presentation of the appropriate document, have:

  • Meritorious Blood Donors,
  • Distinguished Transplant Donors,
  • Military invalids,
  • War invalids,
  • Veterans (this term should also be understood as people who are repressed),
  • Soldiers and employees, in the field of treatment of injuries and diseases acquired while performing tasks outside the country,
  • Injured veterans, in the treatment of injuries and diseases acquired while performing tasks outside the country.

The basis for obtaining health care services out of turn is the presentation by the entitled person of a document confirming the status of the entitled person. If the provision of the outpatient specialist care service is not possible on the day of notification, the service may not be provided later than within 7 working days from the date of notification.
