A PATIENT USING HEALTH BENEFITS HAS AN OBLIGATION:

Show respect for the rights of other patients.

Compliance with the principles of social coexistence, in particular respect for dignity, intimacy, beliefs and moral principles, as well as friendly and polite attitude towards other patients, visitors and the Company's staff.

Observe the principles of personal hygiene and appropriate clothing (e.g. pyjamas, tracksuit).

Maintaining law and order in the place of stay.

Adhere to the established organizational order at the Department, in particular staying in the room at the time of rounds, medical and nursing procedures and when serving meals.

Observe the quiet hours between 10.00 p.m. and 6.00 a.m. and stay at the Department at that time.

Notify the nurse/midwife each time of your intention to leave the Ward (e.g. in order to make purchases in the hospital shop or go for a walk).

Observe the ban on going outside the hospital, unless it is agreed and necessary for medical reasons (consultations, treatments, etc.). Passes are not issued to patients in the ward.

Provide the staff with full information about past and present diseases and all medical aspects that may help in treatment.

Informing the attending physician about the medications taken that are not related to the disease entity that is the reason for hospitalization. The use of these drugs during your stay in the Hospital requires the consent of that doctor.

Follow the instructions and recommendations of doctors, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, technicians and other personnel both in the diagnostic and therapeutic process as well as in organizational and administrative matters.

Adhere to the agreed diagnosis and treatment plan, as well as medical and dietary recommendations.

Respect the property of the Company.

Observe the ban on tampering with medical, electrical, gas, ventilation and heating apparatus and devices.

Observe the right to use the possibility of depositing valuables in the Hospital Depository for the duration of the stay in the hospital.

Use mobile phones and other devices (e.g. laptops, MP3 players, etc.) in a way that does not create a nuisance for other patients and Hospital staff or interfere with the operation of medical apparatus and devices and outside of curfew hours. It is forbidden to use mobile phones in treatment rooms, diagnostic laboratories and near medical devices working in patient rooms. The Hospital Management Board may specify other zones and rooms where the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited.

Compliance with the absolute ban on the sale, possession and use of alcohol, drugs and intoxicants, as well as smoking cigarettes on the premises of the Hospital.

Compliance with health and safety and fire protection regulations.

Discharge from the hospital, unless specific provisions provide otherwise, may take place when a patient staying in the hospital grossly violates the order regulations, and there is no fear that the refusal or cessation of the provision of services may cause a direct threat to his life or health or life or the health of others.
